Architectural Services for Commercial Organisations

We work for business owners and commercial developers. Moving your business can be disruptive and costly. Sometimes it might be more economic to enhance your existing accommodation or build an extension to your existing warehouse unit. We carryout feasibility studies for companies wishing to expand or alter their premises..

We built a new garden centre on a derelict piece of land as seen at Broad Plain Garden Centre and we expanded warehouse facilities to a Homecentre store in Old Bread Street.

Some commercial buildings are in poor condition and will need to be upgraded to improve the thermal value of their envelope or at other times roofs will need to be replaced such as the asbestos cement roof to a retail store in a conservation area which was replaced with slate tiles. The work was carried out, whilst the building was occupied and we provided CDM Co-ordinator services.

A light industrial site along Cumberland Road, Bristol now has planning permission for demolishing the existing warehouse building and replacing it with a mixed commercial and residential scheme with townhouses, flats, offices and retail use.

We refurbished a main entrance and car parking area to enhance a retail store to make it easier for customers to access the store.

The rear elevation of a serviced office building  was totally renovated to improve the appearance of this listed building and two new offices were created at attic level by fitting roof lights and building a roof extension to improve access to the top floor. The refurbishment works increased the rental income for the building owner and added value to this commercial property.
