We obtained planning permission and conservation area consent to redevelop this light industrial site, currently being used as a stone masons yard. The consent is to build a mixed use scheme consisting of town houses, residential apartments, office space and a café or retail unit on the corner. The planning and conservation area consents now add value to this site.

Design services were provided including obtaining statutory approvals.
