Hobbema Lodge  • South Gloucestershire

The Game Keepers Lodge was a ruin on the land of Hobbema House. It used to be part of Dyrham House Estate, Dyrham, South Gloucestershire, now owned by the National Trust. It is in a conservation area and also was a listed building.

Caroline was asked to design/convert and get planning permission for the Game Keepers Lodge, which was now in private ownership. She did this using her efficient skills and vast knowledge to enable the Game Keepers Lodge to become a separate dwelling.

It is much admired for the sensitive conversion. Everyone who stays there delights in the small and delightful ambiance, they never want to leave.

I would recommend Caroline for her knowledge, vision and her ability to make things happen in a manner that is calm and very pleasant. An excellent architect who comes highly recommended.
